Prefrential Procurement

RSAWEB maintains its proactive approach to procurement; our internal procurement policies support the objectives of preferential procurement and ensures that our supply chain includes as many empowered businesses as possible. Going forward, we will progressively work towards including an increased number of small to medium empowered enterprises in our supply chain.

Employment Equity

RSAWEB strives to achieve a diverse workforce truly representative of the people of South Africa. This objective is supported by the implementation of rigid employment equity plans and targets at RSAWEB as well as our proactive approach to alignment with the Employment Equity Act. As well as offering internships for young IT staff looking for experience in the industry, we are an annual participant in the University of Cape Town Graduate recruitment programme where we are able to provide platforms of opportunity to a great number of previously disadvantaged students and aspiring professionals.
