Setting up Outlook Express

Step 1: Open Outlook Express by clicking on Start > Programs > Outlook Express.

Step 2: Click on Tools > Accounts...

Step 3: Click the Add button. Select Mail.

Step 4: The Internet Connection Wizard opens. Enter your name in the Display name field. Click Next.

Step 5: Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use. and enter your e-mail address. Click Next.

Step 6: In the E-mail Server Names dialog box leave POP3 selected for the My incoming server is a POP3 server. field. In the Incoming mail server field enter pop.yourdomain.co.za. In the Outgoing mail server field enter smtp.rsaweb.co.za or the name of SMTP server supplied by your ISP. Click Next.

Step 7: Enter your username In the Account name field, and your password In the Password field. Check the Remember password checkbox if you want Outlook Express to remember your password. Click Next.

Step 8. Click Finish.
