Fax or email this to the old ISP and get confirmation from them.Step 2: Payments / Outstanding Amounts dueMake sure you settle up with your old provider, we may need their help to transfer the domain. In RSAWeb's experience, it is best to keep them on your side otherwise they can hold up the transfer very easily.Step 3: Domain DetailsMany unscrupulous ISP's register domains on your behalf and 'forget' to put your name in the 'owner' field. Only one contact needs to accept the ticket that gets sent from Uniform, however if any one contact denies the ticket, the ticket is denied immediately. If nobody responds, the ticket is cancelled.
