Additional Information RSAWEB is in the process of upgrading its Enterprise Cloud Platform from current version to the latest stable release. The latest release of VMWare will bring greater functionality and flexibility to the Enterprise Cloud Platform. Please be aware that this upgrade/migration should have no impact on the running machines, RSAWEB is migrating control of the hosts from the existing management servers to its recently deployed, upgraded management servers. During the maintenance window, each hosts will be migrated one at a time. During this time, the hosts networking will be running in a degraded state (loss of redundancy). While no impact on guest networking is expected, clients may see a brief drop in hosting connectivity. Additional Information RSAWEB is in the the process of upgrading its Zimbra Hosted Mail solution from its current stable release to the latest stable release. The upgrade will bring greater performance and functionality to the hosted mail platform. Saturdays upgrade will be on the remaining services portion of the system, having already upgraded the authentication services portion on Thursday evening. We expected the work to take no longer than 4hours, During this period, users will experience a loss of connectivity to the hosted Zimbra platform as the MTA and mailbox servers are upgraded.
