   those wishing to leverage their own brand.

Channel Partner - Terms and Conditions
  • Channel Partners are responsible for 1st line support and support interaction with the customer.
  • Customers calling the RSAWEB Helpdesk will be referred to the Channel Partner for 1st line support.
  • 2nd level support is offered by RSAWEB to the Channel Partner and not the customer.
  • RSAWEB bills the Channel Partner at Channel Partner rates as per the rates schedules for the various products.
  • Channel Partners are responsible for billing the customer directly and managing their customers.
  • RSAWEB reserves the right to amend products, pricing and commission structures.
  • Channel Partners and their customers must adhere to RSAWEB’s acceptable use policies and assist RSAWEB in adhering to ISPA’s Code of Conduct.
