Socio Economic Development

Our approach to Socio Economic Development has always been guided by our passion for development of young entrepreneurs in South Africa. Our primary CSI programme helps support community and social development through a host of initiatives focused on establishing social infrastructure and promoting entrepreneurship and social upliftment through the transfer of knowledge and skills. RSAWEB is closely affiliated to the Non-Profit Organisation; The RAMP Foundation and plays a critical role in all the development projects delivered by the organisation. RSAWEB firmly believes that Socio Economic Development is a key driving force in true empowerment.

Skills Development

We endeavour to develop all of our people to their greatest potential, so that they may work and live at a level that adds great value to the organisation, themselves and their families and loved ones. RSAWEB therefore undertakes to facilitate and promote the continuous training and development of all our staff and in doing so; we are able to influence a significant increase in the opportunities available to the previously disadvantaged. This is done with the aim of realising the goals of both RSAWEB and its employees through the increase in the employee’s level of effectiveness and the quality of service provided by the employee.

Enterprise Development

RSAWEB is dedicated to the support and development of small to medium enterprises as we realise the importance of enterprise development in the battle against unemployment. Our aim is to support and assist with the development of small to medium enterprises in similar or unrelated sectors, with the intention of promoting sustainability as well as financial independence for other enterprises.
