Moving is treated as a cancellation as your ONT cannot be moved and is fixed to the premises, should the next tenant take over your
service, we will transfer the service at no cost to you.

Octotel may charge a re-installation fee of R1725 if your ONT box needs to be moved for any reason, this is at their discretion.
Moving homes is treated as a cancellation but if you have been an RSAWEB client for less than your contract term and resume your
service at your new home, you will not pay a cancellation fee and the remainder of your previous contract will be added to your new contract.
Please note that for the 1000Mbps package, we can only guarantee speeds of up to 500Mbps during peak hours.
For 200Mbps, an upgraded router is essential for peak WiFi speed, please also ensure that your devices are compatible with the speeds of your chosen package.
