The super fibre sale is only valid for new fibre orders in live areas only until 15th July 2019.
Orders currently being processed will not qualify for this deal if cancelled and resubmitted.
Freebies applicable to all uncapped home fibre packages. If you cancel or downgrade within 12 months,
you pay the R700 retail cost of your chosen super fibre freebie.
 If you cancel within 12 months of going live, you will be liable for the R2 875 setup fee and R650 router cost.

The installation fee covers the first 8 metres, Openserve charges R160 per metre thereafter.
One calendar month notice period is needed for the cancellation of your services.
All cancellations have to go to [email protected] in order to be processed.
Moving is treated as a cancellation as your ONT cannot be moved and is fixed to the premises, should the next tenant
take over your service, we will transfer the service at no cost to you.

Openserve may charge a re-installation fee of R1725 if your ONT box needs to be moved for any reason, this is at their discretion.
Moving homes is treated as a cancellation but if you have been an RSAWEB client for less than your contract term and resume your
service at your new home, you will not pay a cancellation fee and the remainder of your previous contract
will be added to your new contract.
Please note that for 200Mbps, an upgraded router is essential for peak WiFi speed, please also ensure that your devices are
compatible with the speeds of your chosen package.
