Frogfoot Billing Notice
We’ve previously informed our customers that Frogfoot has increased there pricing for 10 Mbps lines. Monthly premiums have increased by R60, as of the 1st of June. Unfortunately, some customers were incorrectly billed and invoiced for R609 instead of the new amount of R669. To correct this we will be creating manual invoices for the R60 difference and sending these out to our affected customers over the next two weeks. Please note that you can choose to let it come off with your next debit order on the 1st of July or, if you’d prefer, pay via EFT. Our banking details can be found on all invoices and statements.
