Here at RSAWEB we are constantly looking for ways to make our customers lives easier and more simple – with this in mind, we have now added a new feature called ‘Statement & Invoices’ to the MyRSAWEB control panel. This can be simply accessed via the ‘My Account’ dropdown.
‘Statement & Invoices’ allows for customers to simply and effortlessly access their account information and view, save and print invoices as and when required. It also allows customers to view their outstanding balances and statements independently, which means that customers can deal with their own account information without calling support desk. As always, should customers need to speak to someone, our support desk is on hand to help for any questions or concerns customers may have about their account. Support is available either by chat, by phone 0861 772 932 or by opening a support ticket under ‘Get assistance’.
