Avengers: Endgame 

The epic conclusion to Marvel’s long-running saga broke the box office this year earning 2.8 billion sales in the U.S alone leaving Marvel fans with nothing but nostalgia to go by, a must see for followers of the franchise or any fans of the alternate universe.

Martin Scorsese is back in a big way with his best picture for a while. The film focuses on Philadelphia mob associate Frank Sheeran or better known as “the Irishman” who infamously vanished in 1975. 



Angel has fallen 

The third instalment from the fallen action film series is an action potboiler which is bound to keep the audience captivated for the full duration. 


The Lion King 

The circle of life returns with a star-studded cast filling us with nostalgia and mesmerising special effects. 



Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw 

The franchise’s sworn enemies join forces to bring down the only bad guy who may just be even worse than them. 


Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 

In this adaptation of the well-known comic, the narrative is spread into five origin stories embracing the many tendrilled multiverses DC and Marvel are famous for and with the first non-white incarnation of the character, Miles is a different kind of outcast, definitely on the mustsee list. 

The Favourite  

This dark comic, psychological period drama is set in the 18th century during war where Queen Anne is depicted as ill-suited and delves into the power-struggled relationship she had with her childhood best friend, Sarah Churchill.
