Migrate Your Service
You can take the remaining months of your current contract and add them to your new contract. For example, if you had 3 months remaining of your current contract, we can move this to your new service, and if you cancel within 15 months of the new service then you are liable for the cancellation fees at both addresses.
If you choose this option you will have to go through our migration (relocation) process:
We will send you a link for your new location, please complete this form and do not sign up via our website for the order at your new location. This way we can track that your order is a relocation and not a new installation.
If we have not been given enough notice, this might result in double-billing (for new and old addresses).
