Cede Your Service
Transfer your current service to a new tenant and you both save
We transfer your current service to the new tenant that is moving into the address where your existing RSAWEB Fibre is connected with the free-to-use router and ONT already in the home. You will leave all equipment behind for the current tenant to use.
This is a great option for the person taking over your service as they then take over your service and contract terms as is, meaning that they only have the months remaining on their contract that you currently have left. For example, if you are 8 months into your service, they only have 4 months remaining before they enter a month-to-month contract.
This also will ensure that the new tenant has a hassle-free experience with no downtime as they are taking over the service as is!
Please provide us with the contact information of the person taking over your service, we need their name, surname, email and contact number.
By ceding your service there is no overlap billing. If you cancel your service and do not cede the service, we still need to give the FNO one calendar month’s notice. This can often result in double billing if you apply for a service at a new location. Ceding the service means you are not responsible for the month’s notice period as the new tenant will take over.
