BEING AN RSAWEB HERO

As an RSAWEB Hero you’ll be challenged to do your best, be bold and embrace the adventure. There will be lots to learn and even more to celebrate with us.

All newbies get a welcome pack filled with super cool RSAWEB goodies to that will help you get started on your journey with us and make you part of the family. You’ll soon realise we all look good in red! If you’re still not convinced at this point, we’d have to mention all the free cappuccinos, our awesome sea-view, sporting activities, growth opportunities, constant challenges that will make sure you’re never bored and consistent training on the latest tools and systems.

STUDENTS @ RSAWEB

LEARNERSHIP

Our motto is connecting tomorrow, we are passionate about investing in future South African tech pioneers. For this reason we are keen to take on learners who are passionate about the industry and want to do great things.

PART-TIME POSITION

Occasionally, we have part-time positions for bright students, giving them invaluable experience they need to carve their career paths and grow the local IT industry.

INTERNSHIP

We offer internships to promising students to help them learn more about the industry and build on their skills. Our internships are either on a part time basis while they are studying or full time, usually for 3-6.

LIFE @ RSAWEB

Whether we’re revelling in the wake of a new product launch, great customer reviews, enjoying the start to the weekend or just letting our hair down at the end of another successful year; we’re always having a good time, with lots of food and laughter to go around. Our Fun Police Team is partially guilty for the epic events on our Deck. We are also obsessed with all things active: cycling, rugby, football, you name it! If you’re a sports lover, you’ll fit right in!
