Am I guaranteed the line speed I purchase?
Line speed is completely dependent on the Telkom infrastructure in that area, RSAWEB cannot be held responsible for lines that cannot sync at the advertised maximum speed.

Can this bandwidth be used at any time in the day?
No catches, this bandwidth can be used 24/7.

If I move my ADSL line to RSAWEB, will there be any downtime?
No, moving an ADSL line from Telkom requires no downtime. You won’t even notice the change.
Do I need a telephone line before I can get ADSL?
Yes, an analogue Telkom line is required before ADSL can be installed. This must also not be prepaid or have ISDN currently installed.

How do I know if there is ADSL in my area?

How will I know if I have been capped?
You will be redirected to your MyRSAWEB login screen where you can login and topup/upgrade your account..
