Am I guaranteed the line speed I purchase?
Line speed is completely dependent on the Telkom infrastructure in that area, RSAWEB cannot be held responsible for lines that cannot sync at the advertised maximum speed.

Can this bandwidth be used at any time in the day?
No catches, this bandwidth can be used 24/7.

If I move my ADSL line to RSAWEB, will there be any downtime?
No, moving an ADSL line from Telkom requires no downtime. You won’t even notice the change.

How long will the router take to be delivered?
We dispatch the router immediately after receiving the order and usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive based on location.

How does the soft capping work?
If you are on a capped Business ADSL package, you will be able to benefit from the 256KB soft capping feature. This means when you reach your bandwidth cap you will be limited to 256KB speed, keeping your business online but very limited.

Is there a contract period?
Yes, all business ADSL packages are subject to a 12 month contract period, within this period you can upgrade to any package required.
