HDMI

You can connect your laptop or desktop PC to your TV using an HDMI cable and view your favourite content in their respective apps or your web browser. Certain laptops may need a converter.

Casting

Most TV’s are DLNA enabled. If you have an android device, you should see a little cast icon in the corner of your screen when playing media. Make sure your TV and device are on the same WiFi network, click on the icon and select your TV from the list of devices, your content will now play on your TV. Unfortunately, this option is not available to apple devices.

Some TV’s can be recognised as a wireless monitor by Windows devices. To connect your device to your TV Press the “Windows+K” keyboard shortcut to open the Connect pane. Find your TV in the Connect pane; it may take a few moments to appear. Tap the name of your display to connect.

Smart TV’s

If you have a smart TV, you should be able to access your content via an app. Most TV’s will have Netflix and YouTube displayed on the home screen. If not, simply navigate to the app catalogue to add them to your home screen.
