Following the cyber-attack that we recently experienced, we have completed an exhaustive set of security scans and precautionary measures. These actions required the restriction of certain services for the duration of the process.
We are able to report that all our services are now fully operational.
However, as a pre-emptive action to safeguard your security, we feel it is prudent to do a mandatory password reset on all email accounts listed with us. Resetting your password from the MyRSAWEB login page will reset both your web hosting email and MyRSAWEB passwords. (Customers with email services from other providers should still reset their MyRSAWEB passwords.) Please also note: we strongly advise that customers do not use the same password for different websites online.
We would kindly request that you log onto MyRSAWEB as soon as possible and click on the “Forgotten Password” link and follow the steps on the screen. You will be sent an email, click on the link therein and enter a new unique password on MyRSAWEB.
We do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by these disruptions. We have undertaken these steps to safeguard the online integrity and security of all our customers.
